Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email notification containing your tracking information.
Please note that due to high shipping demand and courier delays, delivery times may occasionally be longer than expected. These delays are unfortunately outside of our control.

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders over $49.99.
For orders under $49.99, a flat shipping fee of $10.99 will apply.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team and we will assist you.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial so you can fully experience the benefits of the Aluaro Lymphatic Face Brush.
Because consistent use is needed to see the best results, refund requests can only be made after the 30-day trial period has been completed.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have shipped.
Once a tracking number has been issued, the shipment cannot be stopped.
Cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Include:
• Your order number
• Photo proof of the damaged item
Once verified, we will issue a full refund in the form of store credit.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please request a return after your 30-day trial period, then place a new order for the replacement item.
